TBI’s religious school meets on 28 Sundays per year, September through May. Religious education at our school begins at age 4 (early childhood education) and ends at age 15-16 with the confirmation class. We are currently using the curriculum designed by the Institute of Southern Jewish Life (ISJL) in Jackson, MS. It covers such aspects as Jewish festivals, life cycle events, Torah and Bible, Hebrew, Jewish history, and Israel.
